PARSLEY POORI INGREDIENTS: PARSLEY - handful (leaf & stem) G & G paste - 1/4 tsp JEERA powder - 1/4 tsp GREEN CHILLI - 4 CURD - 1/4 CUP SALT - to taste WHEAT FLOUR - 3 cups SEMOLINA - 1 tbsp OIL - 1 tbsp # Should BLANCH the parsley first. # BLANCH : Take a bowl pour 1 cup of water and boil it well. Put off the flame and add a pinch of sugar (to retain the green color of parsley) add parsley into the water & close the lid for 5 mints. Reserve the water for making poori dough. # In a mixie jar add in the blanched parsley & all the other ingredients except wheat flour and grind it to a fine paste (add salt that is necessary for the wheat flour also ). # In a wide bowl add in the wheat f...
