BUTTERFLY PEA TEA
WATER - 1 cup
FLOWER - 4
LEMON - 1/2 tsp
TEA dust - 1/4 tsp
DRY GINGER powder - 1/4 tsp
( can substitute with ginger)
HONEY - 1 tbsp
# Take a sauce pan, pour water add inn flower, tea & ginger powder.
# Boil until the flower turns colorless.
# Strain it and add honey & lemon.
# Drink hot.

NOTE:
This flower can be used as FOOD COLORING agent.
This flower is tasteless.
Can also use LEMONGRASS instead of lemon.
