CORN TOAST using DRY SUBJI

  CORN TOAST USING DRY SUBJI   INGREDIENTS: SWEET CORN - 1 cup BREAD - 1 loaf CAPSICUM - 1 ONION - 2 TOMATO - 3 PANEER - 50 gms SALT - to taste OIL - 3 tbsp CHILLI POWDER - 1/2 approx. (or rasam podi) GARAM MASALA - 1/2 tsp MIXED HERBS - to taste BUTTER - for toasting # In a pan pour oil a dd in finely chopped onion and fry them well. # Next add finely chopped capsicum and let it fry well. # Now finely chopped tomatoes to be added fry them well. # Add in cooked corn & grated paneer and just give a good sauté . # Add salt, chilli powder, garam masala,& mixed herbs. # Mix it up and cook well until all the water content of the vegetables is completely absorbed and becomes dry. # Spread the stuff on the bread and toast it with butter.  with prepared DRY SUBJ # In a pan pour oil little & add in the PREPARED DRY SUBJI as much required. # Add in the cooked corn & grated paneer, then pour very little water (just for binding ) and fry it. # Then add mixed...

  BABY CORN FRY USING DRY SUBJI INGREDIENTS: BABY CORN - 100 gms CAPSICUM - 1 ONION - 2 TOMATO - 3 PANEER - 50 gms (optional) SALT - to taste OIL - 3 tbsp CHILLI POWDER - 1/2 approx. STUFF DOSA USING DRY SUBJI  INGREDIENTS: CAPSICUM - 1 ONION - 2 TOMATO - 3 SALT - to taste OIL - 3 tbsp CHILLI POWDER - 1/2 approx.
