  CRISPY YAM FRIES INGREDIENTS: Sweet potato (yam)   - 6 Pepper powder         - little Salt                    - to taste Oil                     - 1/2 ltr # Add little salt & pressure cook the sweet potato for 4 whistle. # Let it cool well. # Later cut it vertically like shown n image. # Heat the oil & deep fry the potatoes. # Sprinkle salt & pepper on it. # Serve hot with ketchup & mayonnaise.
