  KALLI MULAIYAAN SALAD INGREDIENTS: KALLI MULAIYAAN - 100gms GREEN CHILLI     - 1 LEMON             - 1 SALT               - to taste MUSTARD          - 1/4 tsp OIL                 - 1 tbsp # Wash and chop the kalli mulaiyan. # To it add salt & lemon to taste. # Season it with, tempered mustard. # Let it rest for an hour. # Serve it with uppma, curd rice. OTHER NAMES: KATTA KADAKAAI, VALISIMAAN, AELLUMAAN PULI. BENEFITS * Very good for digestion. * Clears unnecessary fat. * Keeps body cool. * Controls diabetes. * Helps in weight reduction. * Strengthens body. * Keeps the body hydrated.
