MUSUMUSUKKAI DOSA TYPE 1: INGREDIENTS: MUSUMUSUKKAI keerai - 1 cup IDLI RICE               - 2 cup GREEN CHILLI         - 4 SALT                   - to taste # Soak idli rice for 1 hr. # Wash the musumusukkai keerai and keep aside. # After 1 hr of rice soaking along with it add in all the remaining ingredients and grind together. # Grind the batter smooth. # Make dosa immediately need not ferment. # Pour dosa like rava dosa. # Serve the crispy dosa with coconut chutney.
