9 LAYER OF BURRITO FOLLOWS

RICE LAYER

INGREDIENTS: 

         BASMATI RICE         - 1cup 
         SALT                   - to taste 
         LEMON EXTRACT     - ½ tsp 
         GHEE                  -1sp 
         CORIANDER leaf      - little 


         # Pressure cook BASMATI RICE along with SALT, LEMON EXTRACT (lemon juice),
               CORIANDER LEAF finely chopped & GHEE. 


BEAN LAYER

❏ INGREDIENTS: 

         BLACK/RED BEAN         - ½ cup 
         OIL                         - 1 tbsp. 
         SALT                       - to taste 
         PEPPER POWDER          - to taste 
         LEMON EXTRACT         - to taste
         GARLIC                   - 2 clove   

      # Pressure cook bean.
      # After bean got cooked smash it little to it add SALT,OIL,PEPPER POWDER,
          LEMON EXTRACT & grated GARLIC.


 FAJITA LAYER

INGREDIENTS: 

            CAPSICUM            - 1 
            ONION                - 2 
            OIL                    - 1tbsp
            SALT                  - to taste
            PEPPER POWDER     - to taste 
            CUMIN POWDER      - to taste 

         # In a pan pour OIL. 
         # To it add CAPSICUM julienne cutting (long cutting), ONION julienne cutting  
              fry well.
         # Then add SALT,PEPPER POWDER,& CUMIN POWDER.


 TOMATO SALSA LAYER

INGREDIENTS: 

             TOMATO                     - 5 
             GREEN CHILLI              - 1 
             GARLIC                      - 2 
             RED CHILLI POWDER       - to taste 
             SALT                         - to taste 
             PEPPER POWDER            - to taste 
             MIXED HERBS               - to taste 
             LEMON EXTRACT            - to taste
             SUGAR                        - ¼ sp 
             CORIANDER leaf             - little 
             MINT leaf                    - little

         # Chop TOMATOES into small cubes and strain its juice completely.
         # To it add finely chopped GREEN CHILLI ( deseed), GARLIC finely chopped, 
               RED CHILLI POWDER,SALT,PEPPER POWDER,MIXED HERBS,LEMON EXTRACT, 
                SUGAR. 
        # At last Finely chopped CORIANDER & MINT leaf.


       ^ Refrigerate it for 1hr and use it. 
       ^ This can be had as a DIP with chips. 



CORN SALSA LAYER

❏ INGREDIENTS: 

           SWEET CORN        - 1    
           ONION                - 1 
           PEPPER POWDER    - to taste 
           SALT                  - to taste 
           LEMON EXTRACT    - to taste 
           CORIANDER leaf     - to taste 

     
      # Cook SWEET CORN KERNELS with SALT and drain water. 
To it add finely chopped ONION,LEMON extract, finely chopped CORIANDER leaf, SALT & PEPPER POWDER.

      ^ Refrigerate it for 1hr and use it. 
      ^ This can be had as a DIP with chips. 


TOMATILLO SAUCE LAYER


❏ INGREDIENTS: 

         GREEN TOMATO     - 5 (raw tomato) 
         ONION                - 1 
         RED CHILLI          - 2 
         GARLIC               - 2 clove 
         SALT                  - to taste 
         CORIANDER leaf      - 1 handful 
         LEMON EXTRACT     - ½ tsp


     # Take TOMATOES , ONION , RED CHILLI ,GARLIC  & roughly chop everything.
     # Boil them for 15 mits and drain the water.
     # Then Cool it and grind it along with SALT, CORIANDER leaf and LEMON extract. 

        ^This should be a little spicy. 
        ^This can be had as a DIP with chips. 
        ^This is the only dish to be spicy in this complete recipe.


 GUACAMOLE LAYER


❏ INGREDIENTS: 

           AVOCADO     - 2 (butter fruit) 
         TOMATO        - 1 
         JEERA          - ¼ sp 
         GARLIC         - 2 clove 
         SALT           - to taste 
         PEPPER        - 2 pc


     # AVOCADO,TOMATO, JEERA,GARLIC ,SALT & PEPPER.
     # Grind all the above together.
  
         
      ^ This can be had along with rice as PACHADI. 
      ^ This can be had as a DIP with chips. 
      ^ Can be used in BREAD SANDWICH. 


SOUR CREAM LAYER


❏ INGREDIENTS: 

           FRESH CREAM       - 250ml 
           LEMON EXTRACT    - 1 tbsp.
           SALT                 - to taste

    
      # FRESH CREAM,SALT,LEMON EXTRACT mix all together and refrigerate it for                        20mits.    
     # Then beat it up well until you get lite peaks. 



LETTUCE LAYER


❏ INGREDIENTS: 

          ICEBERG LETTUCE - 1 

       # Finely chop the LETTUCE.


SERVING 


    Take a bowl spread as layer as follows : 
* RICE 
* BEANS
* FAJITA
* TOMATO SALSA
* CORN SALSA
* TOMATILLO SAUCE
* GUACAMOLE
* SOUR CREAM 
* LETTUCE
