GONGURA FLOWER TEA





GARDEN TO THE KITCHEN FLOWERS


INGREDIENTS:

           FLOWER                          - 2
           WATER                             - 1 CUP
           TEA DUST                       - 1/4 tsp
           DRY GINGER POWDER    - a pinch
           HONEY                            - 1tbsp
           LEMON                            - 1tsp  


    # Remove the pollen grains and the green stock from the flower.
    # Just use the PETALS for intake.  
    # Take a saucepan pour a cup of water, add inn tea dust, ginger powder & 
            the petals.
    # Boil it well until the the petal turns COLORLESS.
    # Filter the water and add honey & lemon juice.
    # Can substitute lemon juice with LEMONGRASS( to be added along with petals 
             to boil).
    # Excellent healthy tea to consume daily.
