ILLAI PIRANDAI PACHADI - LEAFY ADAMENT CREEPER PACHADI

  ILLAI PIRANDAI PACHADI INGREDIENTS: ILLAI PIRANDAI   - 20  SMALL ONION     - 15 TOMATO (big)     - 1 CHANA DAL       - 3 tbsp RED CHILLI        - 2 TAMARIND         - 1 small pc CURRY LEAF      - 15 COCONUT         - 4 tbsp SALT              - to taste HING              - a pinch GINGELLY OIL    - 3 tbsp  # Except illai pirandai for other variety of pirandai, should remove the fiber on the sides. This recipe could be done with any Varity of pirandai. # Illai pirandai doesn't have fiber, so could use it just like that. # In a pan, pour little oil and add in roughly chopped pirandai, fry till the color changes & remove it from the pan and keep aside, let it cool. # In the same pan pour remaining oil and add chana, chilli, tamarind, ...

CHEESE PINEAPPLE -THE BACHELOR'S BITE

  CHEESE PINEAPPLE INGREDIENTS: CUBE CHEESE   - 10 pc PINEAPPLE       - 1  RED CHERRY     - 100 gms (usually kept on the top of  ice-cream) TOOTH PICK      - 1 box * Peel of pineapple skin & cut it into small cubes. * Cut the cube cheese into small cubes. * Preferably  buy pitted (de-seeded) cherries. * Take a tooth pick, first poke a cube of pineapple, then cherry & finally cheese. * Serve it just like that or refrigerate it for an hour & serve. NOTE: # Serve it as WELCOME SNACK. # Best snack for kids. # Cheese are the best source of calcium. # Pineapple are rich in VITAMIN-C. BAJJI DIP (podi for bajji)

  BAJJI DIP INGREDIENTS: CURRY MASALA    - 5 tbsp SALT                    - to taste LEMON  JUICE      - 1 tbsp OIL                      - to dip  consistency * In a cup add curry masala,salt & lemon juice. * To it add cooking oil until you get idli podi consistency. * Serve it with hot bajji. * The same can also be had with idli/dosa.
