AVOCADO PARATH RECIPE

 

AVOCADO PARATHA 





INGREDIENTS:

WHEAT FLOUR        - 1 cup (approx.)
AVOCADO                  - 1
ONION                         -1
JEERA POWDER      - 1/4 tsp
GARLIC                      - 4
GREEN CHILLI         - 2
CORIANDER LEAF  - little
LEMON                       - 1/2 tsp
SALT                            - to taste
OIL                               - 2 tbsp


# Deseed the fruit Mash up the pulp well. Make sure fruit is ripen well (refer pic).

# Now to it add chopped onion, jeera powder, grated garlic, grated chilli, coriander leaf, lemon, salt & oil little.

# Mix up all together well. 

# Then to it add on the wheat flour as much as needed for roti dough consistency (depending on the fruit size).

# Apply oil on the top of the dough and rest it for 10-15 mits.

# Make roti & serve hot.


SIDE DISH:
> TOMATO KETCHUP

> FLAVORED CURD : In fresh curd add very little  chat masala as per taste.

> PICKLE


NOTE: Make sure your fruit is not bitter.
