GULKAND TEA RECIPE

 

GULKAND TEA





INGREDIENTS:

MILK                                    - 1 1/2cups
WATER                                - 1/2 cup
TEA DUST                           - 1 tsp
DRY GINGER powder       - 1/4 tsp
PALM CANDY crystals     - 2 tbsp
(panakarkandu)
CARDAMOM                     - 1
GULKAND                          - 1 tbsp
ROSE PETALS fresh          - 1
(optional)


# Take a sauce pan pour water in it.
# Add tea dust, palm candy, crushed cardamom, dry ginger powder and let it boil well.
# To it pour milk, gulkand & rose petals.  
# Let it boil very well.
# Then strain the it & have it hot.


NOTE:

Could substitute palm candy with sugar .
