PALAK SOUP RECIPE



PALAK SOUP




INGREDIENTS:

ONION                  - 2
PALAK                  - 1 bunch
GINGER               - 1 inch
GREEN CHILLI   - 1
CORN flour          - 1 tbsp
MILK                    - 2  cups 
WATER                 - 1/2 cup
SALT                     - as per taste
PEPPER powder  - as per taste
SUGAR                 - 1 tsp
BUTTER               - 2 tbsp 


 # Take a pressure pan add 1 tbsp of butter, let it melt.
 # To it add roughly chopped onion sauté it until it becomes transparent.
 # Then add roughly chopped spinach and sauté it for 2 mits.
 # Now to it add sugar (to retain spinach color) ginger (do not chop it) 
chilli (without slitting it) and water.
 #  Pressure cook it for 3 whistle.
 # Allow it to cool and DISCARD the ginger & chilli and grind it to a smooth paste.
 # Now take a pan add remaining butter sprinkle corn flour  and mix it up well, its becomes like a  paste.
 # To that paste pour milk and blend it well. Make sure no lumps are formed.
 # Then pour on the grinded paste n boil it well.
# Serve hot.
