AGATHI POO FRY










INGREDIENTS:

AGATHI POO                - 200 gms 
(hummingbird flower) 
ONION                             - 1
GREEN CHILLI             - 2
COCONUT                      - 2 tbsp
COCONUT oil                - 1 tbsp
MUSTARD seeds            - 1/4 sp
CURRY LEAF                - few


# Remove the sepals of the flower.
# Chop the flowers finely.
# Take a pan pour oil & mustard seeds after splutters  add curry leaf.
# Now add in chopped onions and fry till translucent.
# Then add the flowers and fry it till it get cooked up well & put off the fire.
# Finally sprinkle up coconut n  mix it up once.
# Serve it hot with seeraga samba rice & ghee.

NOTE:

        AGATHI flower is available in white color also.
