 BHAJI PANEER TIKKA



INGREDIENTS:
PANEER                       - 250gms
CAPSICUM                     - 1 
(any color)
ONION                         - 2
TOMATO                       - 3
(shouldn't be ripen. Preferable hard one)
HUNG CURD                   - 100 ml
(curd drained of all its water)
PAV BAJI powder              - 3 tbsp
SALT                           - to taste
CHILLI POWDER               - 1 tsp
GARAM MASALA               - 1/2 tsp
SUGAR                          - a pinch
MIXED HERBS                 - 1/2 tsp
KASOORI METHI leaf (dried)  - little
CORIANDER leaf                - little
GINGER GARLIC PASTE        - 1/2 tsp
GRAM flour                      - 1/2 tsp
OIL                              -3 tbsp 
TOOTHPICK                     - 1 pkt


# Prepare HUNG CURD earlier : To make it tie some curd in a muslin cloth and leave it hanging for at least 3-4 hours or till all the water drained. Then twist the cloth gently tight to squeeze out  the little water left in it. And HUNG CURD is ready.
# Cut paneer, onion, capsicum & tomato into cubes. 
# Take the hung curd in a wide bowl to it add all the ingredients except the veggies paneer n oil.
# Mix them up well. Now add in the veggies & paneer and marinate them (as shown in pic).
# Finally pour oil and give a gentle mix and let it rest for 1 hr.
# Later take a toothpick plug in one piece of capsicum then paneer, onion & tomato (like shown in pic).
# Take a non-stick pan heat it and oil it then place the sticks on it. Pour little oil on it and let it cook till it turns little dark brown.
# Likewise cook on other three sides too.
# Serve hot with ketchup.
