KATTU YANAM dosa recipe


KATTU YANAM DOSA 





INGREDIENTS:

KATTU YANAM - 1 cup
IDLI RICE       - 3/4 cup
URAD DAL      - 1/4 cup
SALT            - as per taste

# Soak both rice and dal together for 2 hrs.
# Smoothly grind all together along with salt.
# Let it ferment for 6 hrs.
# Make dosa and serve it with coconut chutney.
