CRISPY PROTEINED FALAFEL





INGREDIENTS:

URAD DHAL            - 1/2 cup
THOOR DAL            - 1/4 cup
MOONG DAL           - 1/4 cup
RAW RICE              - 1 tbsp 
SALT                   - to taste
ONION                  - 1
PEPPER powder        - little
CORIANDER leaf       - little
OIL                     - for deep fry

* Soak all ingredients together for 1 hr (not more than 1hr).
* Drain water completely & grind it in grinder.
* Grind the batter smoothly using very little water (as little as possible).
* Remove the batter and add salt, finely chopped onion & coriander leaf and pepper powder.
(should definitely add salt only after removing the batter from the grinder).
* Deep fry them immediately & serve hot.

NOTE:
 * The same falafel can be added in MORKULAMBU for a yummy treat.
 * Deep fry the balls without adding onion, pepper powder & coriander leaf.
 * Let the balls become warm & then add them into prepared morkulambu.
