 PANEER BHAJI PARATHA






INGREDIENTS:

PANEER                    - 200gms
PAV BHAJI masala         - 3 tbsp
GARAM masala             - 1/4 tsp
CHILLI powder              - 1 tsp
GINGER & GARLIC paste   - 1/4 tsp
KASURI METHI dried       - 1/2 tsp
SALT                        - to taste
ROTI DOUGH               

# Make chapati dough as usual & keep aside.
# Take a bowl grate paneer & to it add all the other ingredients and give it a good mix.
# Make them into small balls to stuff in the roti.
# Make round roti, keep the paneer ball in the center & cover it by folding the round roti from all the sides.
# Again make it to a round roti & Cook it in a hot pan.
# Serve it hot with ketchup.
