RED CHOLAM DOSA




INGREDIENTS:

IDLI RICE       - 1 cup
RED CHOLAM   - 1 cup
URAD DAL      - 3/4 cup
SALT            - to taste

# Soak rice, dal & cholam together for 3 hrs.
# Then grind it to a smooth batter.
# Let it ferment for 6 hrs.
# Make crispy dosa & serve hot with KAARA chutney.

NOTE :
* Could also use white cholam 0r yellow cholam in the same recipe.
* Also can make PANNIYARAM with the same batter.
