TENDER CAULIFLOWER LAEF FRY




INGREDIENTS:

CAULIFLOWER LEAF   - 10
(tender leaf only)
ONION                  - 1
GREEN CHILLI         - 2
GREEN PEAS          - hand full
(optional)
SALT                  - to taste
COCONUT oil          - 2tbsp
MUSTARD             - 1/4 tsp
CURRY LEAF          - few
COCONUT             - 1 tbsp


# Cook fresh green peas separately & keep aside.
# Finely chop cauliflower leaf & onion.
# Take a frying pan add in oil, mustard, silted chilli & curry leaf. 
# Add in the onion fry till it is translucent & then goes the cauliflower leaf and salt.
# Sprinkle little water & close it with a lid & keep mixing it then & there.
# Once it is cooked add in the cooked peas and give it a mix.
# Finally garnish it with scraped coconut.
# Serve hot with rice & ghee.
