CHEESY CREAMY SALAD






INGREDIENTS: 

CHEESE SPREAD/      - 50gms
CREAM CHEESE 
ONION                        - 1
CAPSICUM                  - 1/4 cup
CARROT                       - 1/2 cup
CABBAGE                    - 1/2 cup
PURPLE CABBAGE      - 1/2 cup
(optional)
SWEET CORN              - 1 cup
ONION SPRINGS         - 2 tbsp
ROSEMARRY (fresh)    - little
(optional)
BASIL (fresh)                - 2 leaf
(optional)
MIXED HERBS            - 1 tbsp
PEPPER POWDER       - 1/2 tsp
SALT                            - to taste
SUGAR                        - 1/2 tsp
MAYONNAISE            - little
(for topping) (optional)
POTATO BISCUIT      - 1 pack



* Finely chop all the veggies.
* Cook sweet corn with little salt.
* Mix all the ingredients together.
* Serve it in a cup & top it with little mayonnaise. 
* Have it along with POTATO BISCUIT/DORITOS/LAYS/MAD ANGLES.

NOTE: Can use the same salad in sandwich too.
