CHEESY SAGO PANIYARAM

INGREDIENTS:
SAGO - 1 cup
SOUR DOSA BATTER - 2 cup
ONION - 1
GINGER - 1"
CARROT - 1
GREEN CHILLY paste - 5
CURRY LEAF - few
CORIANDER leaf - little
SALT - to taste
COOKING SODA - 1 pinch
HING - 1 tsp
MUSTARD - 1 tsp
CUBE CHEESE - 5
* Soak 1 cup sago for 6 hrs (or the previous night) in 1 cup of water.
* The usual dosa batter it should be SOUR (may be last part of used batter).
* Filter the sago and keep it aside.
* In a bowl pour the dosa batter to it add in sago, finely chopped onion, grated carrot, chilli paste, grated ginger, curry leaf & coriander leaf.
* Now add in soda,salt & hing.
* Temper the mustard and add to it.
* Cut the cube cheese into 4 or 8pc and keep aside.
* Now in the PANIYARAM pan pour in oil & ghee and allow it to get heated.
* Pour 1 tbsp of batter first then keep the cheese on the batter & again fill the dipression with batter.
* The cheese should be in the middle of the paniyaram so tat it wont get stuck to the bottom of the pan.
* Close the lid cook till it turns golden brown then turn it cook for 5 mits.
* Serve hot with chutney or idly podi.
