MORINGA FLOWER VADA




INGREDIENTS:

MORINGA FLOWER    - 1 cup
CHANA DAL           - 1/2 cup
URAD DAL             - 1/4 cup
TOOR DAL             - 1/4 cup
RED CHILLI           - 2
GREEN CHILLI        - 2
FENNEL SEEDS       - 1/2 tsp
JEERA                 - 1/4 tsp
PEPPER                - few
HING                   - a pinch
SALT                   - to taste
COOKING SODA       - a pinch
OIL                     - to deep fry
ONION                 - 1
(OPTIONAL)

# Soak all the dal together for 1hr (not more than that, because it will absorb too much oil).
# In a mixer jar add the dal (completely drain the water), both chilies, fennel seeds, jeera, pepper, salt & hing and grind them coarsely.
# Pour 1 tbsp of water while grinding.
# Transfer it to a bowl, then add in the moringa flower (need not chop), soda & onion finely chopped and mix it once.
# Make small patties and deep fry in oil.
# Serve it hot.
