ILLAI PIRANDAI DOSA
INGRIDENTS:
ILLAI PIRANDAI - 2 handful
DOSA BATTER - for 4 people
CORIANDER seeds - 1 tbsp
PEPPER - 1 tsp
SALT - to taste
GINGELLY OIL - 1 tbsp
* In a pan pour 1/2 tbsp of oil and fry the leaf until the color changes.
* Transfer it to mixie jar & let it cool.
* In the pan pour remining oil and fry coriander seeds & pepper.
* Transfer it to the same mixie jar and add salt.
* Grind all together into fine paste.
* Mix them in dosa batter and make dosa immediately.
* Serve the crispy dosa with coconut chutney.
