PULIYARAI KEERAI THOKKU


GARDEN TO THE KITCHEN 

Other name for PULIYARAI is AARA KEERAI


INGREDIENTS :

    AARA KEERAI    - 1 bundle
   GARLIC            - 15 clove
   SMALL ONION    - 15
   GREEN CHILLI    - 3
   SALT              - as per taste
   JAGGERY         - 1tsp
   OIL               - 2 tbsp.
   MUSTARD        - 1 tsp
   CURRY leaf      - few

             

  # In a pan pour OIL,MUSTARD,CURRY leaf, CHILLI .
 
 # Then fry ONION & GARLIC well.
  
 # Now add inn  KEERAI, sauté it well it would completely melt and became a paste.
   
# Finally  add SALT & JAGGERY  and put off the flame.
   
# Serve hot with SEERAKASAMBA RICE.
