TOMATO RASAM RECIPE




TOMATO RASAM






INGREDIENTS:

      COUNTRY TOMATO          - 3
      RASAM PODI                     - 1/2 tsp
      SALT                                    - as per taste
      HING                                    - a pinch
      JAGGERY                           - 1/4 tsp
      WATER                                - 2 cup
      GINGELLY OIL                   - 1 tbsp.
      MUSTARD                           - 1 tsp
      CURRY leaf                         - few
      CORIANDER leaf               - little.


# Boil the tomatoes and peel of its skin.
# Take a Mixie jar add in the TOMATOES, RASAM PODI, SALT, HING, JAGGERY.
# Make a fine paste of the above.
# Take a pan pour OIL, MUSTARD after got splutter add CURRY leaf.
# To it add the grinded paste & pour water make it boil well.
# Put off the fire and then add CORIANDER leaf.
# Serve hot with RICE/ DOSA.
