BESAN METHI PARATHA





INGREDIENTS:

BESAN/GRAM FLOUR -1/4 cup
WHEAT FLOUR - 1 cup
MAIDA - 1 tbsp
METHI microgreens (fresh) -1 bunch
CORIANDER leaves - 1/4 cup
GREEN CHILLI paste - 1/4 tsp
GINGER & GARLIC paste - 1 tsp
KASURI METHI dried - 1 tbsp
CHILLI POWDER - 1/2 tsp
TURMERIC powder - 1/4 tsp
CORIANDER powder - 1/2 tsp
AJWAIN / OMMAM - 1/4 tsp (crush it little)
SALT - as per taste
WATER - as required
CURD - 1/4 cup (sour/fresh) 
OIL - 3 tbsp

# Take a bowl in it add besan flour, wheat flour, maida, kasuri methi dried, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ajwain & salt and mix them up well.
# To it add ginger garlic pate & green chilli paste and mix it up well.
# Now add inn the finely chopped fresh methi leaves & coriander leaves and blend it up well.
# Finally pour curd mix up and water as necessary and make it as a roti dough.
# Let it rest for 10 mits and start making parathas.
# Serve it by spreading ghee on the paratha.

SIDE DISH:
> TOMATO KETCHUP
> FLAVORED CURD : In fresh curd add very little salt & chat masala as per taste.
> PICKLE

NOTE:
This will be fresh when kept out for 3 to 4 days.
Its can be taken for travel.
