QUICK KURUMA recipe


    QUICK KURUMA 



INGREDIENTS:

ONION                        - 1
POTATO                      - 1 
COCONUT                 - 1/2 cup
GREEN CHILLIES      - 3
CASHEW                    - 4
JEERA                         - 1/2 tsp
FENNEL SEEDS        - 1/2 tsp 
SALT                            - to taste 
OIL                              - 2 tbsp
WATER                       - 1 cup
 

# Take a mixie jar in it add coconut, chillies, cashews, jeera & fennel seeds and make it as a smooth paste.
# Keep a pressure pan on fire.
# Pour oil then add chopped onions and fry it few times.
# Then add chopped potato and fry twice (can add any veggies as you wish).
# Now pour on the grinded paste & water also salt.
# Wait for 4 whistles & its ready to serve.
# If required can pour little more water and boil it again.

NOTE: This we go best with parotta, poori & roti.
