TENDER TAMARIND PACHADI



INGREDIENTS:

TENDER TAMARIND  - 6
GREEN chillies       - 2
COCONUT            - 1 tbsp
SALT                 - to taste
HING                 - a pinch

# Chop the tamarinds into small pieces (make sure tamarind is fresh and green).
# Remove the fiber from the tamarind.
# Take a mixie jar add all the ingredients into it and grind coarsely.
# Do not add water to it.
# Serve it with hot rice or with dosa.
