FRESH TAMARIND RICE STRINGS





INGREDIENTS:

RICE SEVAI          -  200gms
(rice strings)(cooked)
FRESH TAMARIND  - 6
GREEN chillies      - 2
COCONUT           - 1 tbsp
SALT                - to taste
HING                - a pinch
OIL                  - 3 tbsp
MUSTARD           - little
CURRY leaf         - few

# Chop the tamarinds into small pieces (make sure tamarind is fresh and green).
# Remove the fiber from the tamarind.
# Take a mixie jar add all the ingredients into it and grind coarsely.
# Do not add water to it.
# Take a tawa pour in the oil, mustard & curry leaf.
# Keep the flame in low & add in the paste already made & give it a quick fry.
# Add in the cooked rice strings and mix it gently well.
# Serve hot.
