PEARL WHEAT SUNDAL



INGREDIENTS:

WHOLE WHEAT           - 1 cup
COCONUT                 - 3 tbsp
GREEN CHILLI           - 3
GINGER                  - little
(optional)
SALT                    - as per taste
HING                    - a pinch
COCONUT oil            - 2 tbsp
MUSTARD               - 1 tsp
CURRY leaf             - few


# Soak wheat (Punjab) for 8 hrs.
# Pressure cook the wheat with little salt for 15 whistles.
# After got cooked, wheat looks like pearl's.
# Drain the water completely.
# In a mixie jar add in coconut, chilli, ginger(optional), salt & hing grind them to a fine paste (without water).
# Take a pan pour oil, mustard, curry leaf & the wheat. Sauté it twice.
# Now add inn the grinded paste and give it up a mix in low flame for 2 mits and put off the fire.
# Serve hot.
