PEARL WHEAT SWEET SUNDAL




INGREDIENTS:

WHOLE WHEAT - 1 cup
JAGGERY        - 1/4 cup
COCONUT       - 3 tbsp


# Soak wheat (Punjab) for 8 hrs.
# Pressure cook the wheat with little salt for 15 whistles.
# After got cooked, wheat looks like pearl's.
# Drain the water completely. 
# Transfer the wheat to a bowl and to it add jaggery & coconut.
# Give it a quick mix & serve.

NOTE: Prepare this & consume immediately.
