TRIBAL RICE KHEER INGREDIENTS: TRIBLE rice - 1/2 cup WATER - 1 1/4 cup (for cooking rice) JAGGERY - 3/4 cup COCONUT milk - 1/2 cup (1st milk) COCONUT milk - 1/2 cup (2nd milk) CASHEW - few CARDAMOM - 2 GHEE - 1 tbsp SALT - 1 pinch # Soak the rice for 4 hrs. # Then filter the water in it & grind it coarsely. # To the coarsely grounded rice add in 1 1/4 cup water & salt and pressure cook it for 4 whistle. # In a pan add ghee then cashew & fry it till it becomes golden & transfer it to a plate. # In the same pan pour little water and add in the jaggery and let it boil till it gets melted ( do not over cook). # Transfer the rice into a pan, to it add inn...
