STUFF DOSA
USING DRY SUBJI
INGREDIENTS:
CAPSICUM - 1
ONION - 2
TOMATO - 3
SALT - to taste
OIL - 3 tbsp
CHILLI POWDER - 1/2 approx.
(or rasam podi)
GARAM MASALA - 1/2 tsp
# In a pan pour oil add in finely chopped onion fry them well.
# Next add finely chopped capsicum let it fry well.
# Now finely chopped tomatoes to be added fry them well.
# After it gets half cooked add salt, chilli powder and garam masala.
# Mix it up and cook well until all the water content of the vegetables is completely absorbed and becomes dry.
#The base DRY SUBJI is now ready.
FOR STUFF DOSA
# Pour dosa, oil it & wait for it to get cooked.
# Just before flipping it spread the DRY SUBJI evenly on one side of dosa & then close it and gently press the dosa so tat both sides get sticks well.
# Apply ghee on the both the side of the dosa and again cook it till it turns crispy.
# This subji could be used just like that for stuffing in plain dosa & in poha (flattened rice
) dosa.
# No need for any side dish it will be yummy just like that.
