LADYIES FINGER fry with dry subji
LADIES FINGER FRY
USING DRY SUBJI
INGREDIENTS:
LADIES FINGER - 250 gms
CAPSICUM - 1
ONION - 2
TOMATO - 3
SALT - to taste
OIL - 3 tbsp
CHILLI POWDER - 1/2 approx.
(or rasam podi)
GARAM MASALA - 1/2 tsp
# In a pan pour oil add in finely chopped ladies finger and fry up well.
# Add in finely chopped onion and fry them well.
# Next add finely chopped capsicum and let it fry well.
# Now finely chopped tomatoes to be added fry them well.
# After it gets half cooked add salt, chilli powder and garam masala.
# Mix it up and cook well until all the water content of the vegetables is completely absorbed and becomes dry.
# Serve hot with SEERAGASAMBA rice.
with prepared DRY SUBJ
# In a pan pour oil fry the ladies finger well.
# After it is cook just add in the PREPARED DRY SUBJI as required then pour very little water (just for binding ) and fry it till it becomes dry.
# Now just in minutes LADIES FINGER fry is ready using DRY SUBJI.
# Enjoy with rice & roti.
