DRY SUBJI base for many dishes


DRY SUBJI 

THE BASE FOR MANY  DISHES



INGREDIENTS:

CAPSICUM - 1
ONION - 2
TOMATO - 3
SALT - to taste
OIL - 3 tbsp
CHILLI POWDER - 1/2 approx.
(or rasam podi)
GARAM MASALA - 1/2 tsp


# In a pan pour oil add in finely chopped onion fry them well.
# Next add finely chopped capsicum let it fry well.
# Now finely chopped tomatoes to be added fry them well.
# After it gets half cooked add salt, chilli powder and garam masala.
# Mix it up and cook well until all the water content of the vegetables is completely absorbed and becomes dry.
#The base DRY SUBJI is now ready.
