CRUNCHY PLANTAIN FLOWER INGREDIENTS: BANANA FLOWER - 1 big CORN flour - 1 cup GRAM flour - 1 cup CHILLI powder - 2 tsp GARAM masala - 1 tsp G & G paste   - 2 tsp (ginger & garlic) MIXED HERBS - 1/2 tsp SUGAR  - 2 tsp SALT - to taste OIL - for deep fry # Clean the flower by removing the STYLE & STIGMA in it and use it raw. METHOD 1: # Take a wide bowl add in all ingredients together except the flowers (raw) & mix it up well. # Now add in the flowers & mix it up . # Sprinkle little water on it (for binding purpose) and mix it up. # Make sure the flower is well coated with the flour as shown in the picture. # If not coated well could add extra gram flour & corn flour as the flower size differs. # Heat oil in a kadai for deep fry. # Once the oil is hot add in the flowers one by one and fry it. # Serve hot with ketchup.   PEARL WHEAT SWEET SUNDAL INGREDIENTS: WHOLE WHEAT - 1 cup JAGGERY        - 1/4 cup COCONUT       - 3 tbsp # Soak wheat (Punjab) for 8 hrs. # Pressure cook the wheat with little salt for 15 whistles. # After got cooked, wheat looks like pearl's. # Drain the water completely.  # T ransfer the wheat to a bowl and to it add jaggery & coconut. # Give it a quick mix & serve.  PONGA L ROTI FROM LEFTOVER VENPONGAL INGREDIENTS: VENPONGAL  - 1 cup (left over) RICE FLOUR - 3/4 cup (approx.)  ONION - 1 CARROT - 1 GREEN CHILLI - 2 CORIANDER leaf - little SPRING ONION - little (optional) SALT - little OIL - 3 tbsp WATER - very little # Take the leftover venpongal in a wide bowl. # Slice the onion in this side of the grater. Cut the onion into two and then grate it, so that onions will bind with the dough well. # To the venpongal add inn the onion, finely grated carrot & chilli & finely chopped coriander leaf & spring onions and salt (remember pongal already has salt in it so just add a little). # Now add in rice flour little by little and b ind all together by sprinkling very little water to it. # Mash it up well few times pour oil now and mash it up again. # The consistency would be like a roti dought (refer pic). # Use POORI PRESS & make roti's. # Serve hot with PICKLE.   CORN TOAST USING DRY SUBJI   INGREDIENTS: SWEET CORN - 1 cup BREAD - 1 loaf CAPSICUM - 1 ONION - 2 TOMATO - 3 PANEER - 50 gms SALT - to taste OIL - 3 tbsp CHILLI POWDER - 1/2 approx.   BABY CORN FRY USING DRY SUBJI INGREDIENTS: BABY CORN - 100 gms CAPSICUM - 1 ONION - 2 TOMATO - 3 PANEER - 50 gms (optional) SALT - to taste OIL - 3 tbsp CHILLI POWDER - 1/2 approx.
